The Darwen armchair provides a modern look for your care and residential home lounge, with the same quality, durability, comfort and practicality of our more traditional styles. This modernised style armchair is ideal for care homes looking to move away from the more traditional high backed chair designs. With a well padded arm and generous seat cushion, this is among the most comfortable chairs in the range. The interior frame is constructed from solid beech with glued, screwed and dowelled joints for superior durability and strength. A vinyl seat base provides a platform to protect the inside of the chair from any spillages, and aid cleaning.

Design options include contrasting arms, fluted back and a chromed swivel base.
