Oxford Dementia Bedside Table

The Oxford bedroom collection is designed exclusively for residents living with dementia. The large swoop handle design to the drawer allows for valuable see-and-feel opportunities to help avoid anxiety and confusion. This bedside table is constructed from 15mm melamine faced particle board, and a 15mm melamine faced particle board with 2mm PVC lipped edges. Glued, dowelled and screwed with metal KD fixings ensure a sturdy piece of furniture.

The drawers have metal slides with easy glide roller runners, constructed with 15mm solid drawer bases and back rails, with solid metal handles. The hinges on the cupboards are 90º metal.The castors are corner brace style furniture castors, with a locking door as standard. As with all of our Dementia range, the low units have a proud rear edge to prevent items being lost behind units. Available in a great array of wood colours, the optional contrasting white door and drawer option helps residents to distinguish the furniture as eyesight deteriorates.
