UK Mainland Delivery Service
Delivery of our furniture is always made either on our own vehicles or using the factory’s own transport, unless otherwise requested due to timing. This ensures that items reach you safely and are well looked after on the most appropriate vans. Unfortunately due to the bulky nature of furniture, there is a relatively small delivery charge, dependent on order size and location.
If delivery is requested to be split over different weeks, this will incur an additional charge. However, if a delivery is to be split between multiple sites, providing they are close together this can usually be achieved at no additional cost.
Delivery times are arranged in advance, and one of our team will be in contact prior to delivery to make these arrangements. In certain cases, delivery will be made by carrier companies who may also call to book deliveries in with you directly.
Our standard service includes delivery to inside the main door of the property. Drivers usually travel alone and it is important that the appropriate amount of help is provided to take the furniture indoors and to its final location. If room placement and removal of packaging is required please contact us in advance for a quote.
